Features
What’s in the workspace.
Observation → target → linked work → review decision. These are the pieces that hold it together. Everything is on Coach and Club unless marked.
- Game model
- Your sport broken into phases, actions and the qualities behind them. Every target hangs off a point in it, so gym work traces back to a game action.
- Targets
- A measure, a range for this player and a one-line reason it matters in the game. Measures are numbers with units or 1–5 ratings with written anchors. Two live targets per player by default; you decide if a player needs more.
- Development blocks
- Targets sit in a block with a start, an end and a one-line focus. Closing a block records what it achieved; stopped targets are paused with a reason.
- Linked activities
- Gym, court or film work attached to a target, with prescription, schedule and the coach who runs it. Sessions are logged against the plan, including missed or modified ones.
- Results and trends
- Each reading is shown against the player’s range and the previous result. Every target has a review cadence, so a stale reading shows up before the meeting.
- Reviews
- Evidence, coaching notes, player buy-in (1–5) and the player’s commitment side by side, ending in a written next-step decision with an author and date.
- Printable reports and Excel export
- A printed plan to hand the player, with targets, ranges, work and their commitment. Export the data to Excel whenever you need it elsewhere.
- Teams, departments and rolesClub and Custom
- One shared workspace for up to 100 coaches. Admins see every player; other staff see the players in their assigned teams.
Athletes don’t need an account. The guided assistant follows the product’s own rules. Plryer sends your entries to an AI app only if you connect one, such as Claude or ChatGPT.
